NTSA Connect, an online community for modeling, simulation and training (MS&T) professionals is ready to use. The platform will help users connect with like-minded individuals from industry, government, and academia in addition to NTSA's staff and membership base; stay up to date on NTSA upcoming events, ongoing whitepapers, new policies, announcements, and much more; network with colleagues; and collaborate on projects to further any given community's mission and vision.
NTSA President James Robb, retired Rear Admiral U.S. Navy, welcomes users to the platform:
“Thank you for your ongoing support of NTSA, your commitment to our Association enables the success of our warfighter-focused mission. To further strengthen relationships within our Association, I am honored to welcome you to NTSA Connect! The NTSA team is excited about our new online resource and all it enables—including conversation, connection, and collaboration.
“NTSA Connect will provide a reliable source of information for topics related to the defense industrial base and supply chain, news about association happenings and event updates, as well as broad content related to national security and defense. We are confident that NTSA Connect will foster progress and innovation in your personal and professional lives by expanding both your knowledge base and network.
“Our initial launch will begin with a single general community called the "Agenda" where NTSA members can read, post, and share content. Two weeks ago, NDIA used a soft roll-out to rapidly establish a COVID-19 Response discussion to address challenges associated with the pandemic. We are now happy to offer access to this discussion and the rest of the platform to all members. Within the next few months, we will roll out I/ITSEC and other community pages. Until then, I invite you to post your questions and answers, upload your materials, and connect with other modeling, simulation and training professionals in the NTSA Agenda.”
