VT MAK Becomes MAK

MAK is celebrating its 30-year anniversary with a new logo. For the past several years MAK Technologies, Inc. has been doing business as VT MAK – inheriting the "VT" from its US-based parent company, VT Systems.  Since VT Systems recently changed its name to ST Engineering North America, MAK has dropped the d.b.a, and is now back to MAK Technologies – with a brand new logo.

MAK remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of its US parent company, ST Engineering North America. It continues to maintain a Special Security Agreement with the US government to mitigate foreign ownership, control and influence. Additionally, MAK is a "Non-Traditional Defense Contractor" able to enter into Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2371b.

So while MAK has a new look and logo, the company remains true to its long-standing values and is the same MAK family. It will be as if nothing has changed — except the look.
