Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) won a contract to provide exercise Modeling & Simulation services and Critical Infrastructure Risk Management support for the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) located at Fort Sam Houston, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas.

ATS was selected by IMCOM to: provide modeling and simulation capabilities to facilitate Full Scale Exercises (FSEs) through advanced digital tools; assist in FSE design, development, and delivery for IMCOM installations; and cultivate a critical infrastructure risk management program.

Under the contract, ATS will assist IMCOM to conduct required externally-evaluated FSEs, including risk management convergence, for approximately 75 military installations/municipalities on three continents.

ATS integrates commercial off-the-shelf and customizable disaster management simulation and media emulation software (DMS-MES) to support modeling and simulations for exercises, experiments, and training events. These events are conducted by U.S. Northern Command, its components and subordinates, the National Guard Bureau (NGB), Department of Defense (DoD) partners, and training and exercise participants in other federal departments and agencies, states, tribal authorities, non-government organizations, faith-based organizations, the private sector, and partner nations.
