Expert Aviation Assessors Develop Assessment Tool

iMeasure has launched online psychometric assessment tool iPrism, which brings together all the components of a role-specific job description in a single, combined output.

The iMeasure team, comprising of experienced aviation assessors and interviewers from various fields, developed the assessment tool from their own insight on the complexities and subtleties required for designing relevant aviation assessment processes.

This comprehensive approach meets the EASA CAT.GEN.MPA 175 Guidelines for Psychological Assessment, and the output is an integrated report using individual organisational benchmarks that have been comprehensively tested in the aviation sector.
