Q4 Promote Ponder

Q4 Services Inc. has promoted Mike Ponder to President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Flordia-based company said.

One of the founders of Q4, Ponder is a U.S. Army Veteran with an extensive background in maintenance and support of attack helicopter armament electrical and avionics systems. He has earned nearly 25 years of experience in the flight simulation industry from various simulation and training companies.

He previously worked with FlightSafety International, Thales Training and Simulation, Pan Am Training Academy, and Collins Aerospace. During this time, Ponder gained valuable experience working within Simulator Maintenance, Field Service Engineering, Customer Services, and Program Management and recently completed the prestigious Emerging Leaders Initiative Program through the Small Business Administration (SBA).
