Varjo-prize

The long-awaited return to live conferences has allowed us to finally present our deserved 2020 Military Simulation and Training Magazine Award winners with their prizes.

Halldale President and CEO Andy Smith, along with Halldale Group Editor Marty Kauchak, were at I/ITSEC 2021 to hand out the trophies to the deserved recipients. You can find a list of all the 2020 award winners here.

MS&T’s Industry Simulation & Training Awards is an annual program that recognizes excellence in the international defense community. The program showcases the people, products, processes, and organizations that provide exceptional value to our military clients.

For each of the six award categories, a panel of MS&T editors reviewed all nominations submitted by company representatives. The panel selected the top three finalists for each category, and MS&T invited all subscribers to vote and select the 2020 award winners.

We are delighted to announce that the awards will be back for 2022.

Andy Smith presents CAE with the prize for Outstanding Training System Integration Project for its NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) program.

Marty Kauchakpresents Ryan Aerospace with its Small Business Of The Year prize.

Tristan Cotter, GM Americas at Varjo, accepts the Outstanding Innovative Product award from MS&T Editor Rick Adams, FRAes.

Andy Smith hands over the Outstanding Service and Support Programprize to CAE for its work on the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Hawk Mk127 Lead-In Fighter Training
