The Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) has awarded Pinnacle Solutions, Inc., the 2022 Army Aviation Materiel Readiness Award for Contributions by a Small Business Organization under the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Instruction, Maintenance and Support (UAS IMS) contract at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is the second concurrent year that Pinnacle has received this recognition and award.

Along with flight and maintenance instruction for 350+ Army Aviation Unmanned Operator students completing 1200 hours of flight training over a period of 12 months, the Pinnacle UAS IMS Team at Fort Huachuca has been providing the 2nd Battalion, 13th Aviation Regiment (2-13th AVN REGT) with 20-hour-a-day direct materiel readiness support on two airfields. While operating the Shadow fleet and related support equipment worth over $35 million and equivalent in size to several fully fielded Shadow UAS units, the Pinnacle UAS IMS Team exceeded the U.S. Army standards for Fully Mission Capable rates by over ten percent, as well as stayed below the minimum property accountability and Army-wide Class A-C accident rates by over five percent.
