Paramount Expands Pilot Training Capacity with Boeing Sim

Paramount Aviation Services has received FAA certification of a new Boeing 737-8 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) at its Miami Flight Training Campus in Miami, Florida.

The addition of the Boeing 737-8 FFS further enhances the training capabilities at Paramount's Miami campus, providing pilots with the opportunity to train on the latest Boeing aircraft technology. The simulator is equipped with the newest flightdeck technology, providing an immersive and realistic environment necessary to maintain the high levels of pilot training.

"As Boeing continues to ramp up 737 MAX production rates to meet its 4,634 aircraft backlog, deliveries of the popular single aisle aircraft are expected to double in the upcoming months”, said Vincent La Forgia, President of Paramount Aviation Services. "The addition of the 737 MAX full-flight simulator (FFS), to our 12-simulator bay training campus further demonstrates our commitment to meet pilot training demand and provide the best possible training solutions for our 737 MAX customers."

The strategic deployment of the 737-8 simulator in Miami expands Paramount’s pilot training capacity and adds to its current commercial simulator fleet which includes 737NG, 757, 767, A330, and MD88 devices.
