During Vaughn College's 2024 New Year Reception on 18 January, Atlas Air was honored with the Distinguished Employer Award for their long-standing partnership and collaborative programs, including the University Pipeline program.

Leisa Spears-Snyder, Director of Workforce Development, Talent Acquisition, Atlas Air, highlighted the value of such partnerships, particularly with aviation programs like Vaughn College, and commended their efforts in maximizing collaborations to ensure opportunities for first-generation college and minority students.

Vaughn College joined Atlas Air's Pilot Pathways to Success program in May 2023.
