Simthetiq has successfully completed the upgrade of Copa Airlines’ Boeing 737-800 Simulator fleet with the X2 Visual System, powered by the aXion image generator. This project also includes the provision of airport visual databases from Simthetiq’s existing library as well as the provision of new custom databases to meet specific Copa Airlines needs.

Simthetiq’s X2 Visual System provides an immersive and realistic training environment and features a full suite of weather effects, whole earth terrain and a library of high fidelity airports.

The Level D compliant X2 Visual System has been qualified on over 100 Flight Simulation Training Devices worldwide.
