Goldstar Air is set to launch Phase 5 of the Tamale Aviation Training Organization project soon. The approved training aims to prepare aviation professionals for industry challenges, according to News Ghana.
Tamale, Ghana's third-largest city, will host the project, supported by various international certifications, as announced by Goldstar Air's Chairman and CEO, Eric Bannerman.
Eric Bannerman, stated that the airline aims to obtain certification for the school from several authorities, including the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), International Air Transport Association (IATA), Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), and Authorized Training Center.
The airline plans to offer scholarships for on-the-job training to disadvantaged individuals in Northern Ghana, enabling their future in aviation.
