Virgin Atlantic Goes Live with MINT TMS

Virgin Atlantic Airways is now using MINT Software Systems' training management system, MINT TMS, for ATQP data collection and electronic grading. The system went live after a very compact implementation time of just over three months.

"The readiness of the standard software MINT TMS with its built-in tools for electronic grading has helped us tremendously to get the new platform for our pilot training management and web based grading up and running very quickly. We are now able to provide our instructors and flight crews access to all information and tools they need for a perfect job performance during the training sessions,” said Graham Stokes, Head of Flight Operations Training and Standards at Virgin Atlantic.

Virgin Atlantic has now started with the ATQP operations for all pilots, with full access to all grading items and other functionalities via the MINT web portal. The integrated tools for electronic grading and data collection tools as well as the multifunctional, enhanced reporting engine with a new built-in graphical editor for more effective report generation are the main functionalities used by the airline.
