STS Federal and St. Moritz Enterprises recently formed Medical Professional Services JV, LLC to provide skilled healthcare providers and medical training to the Federal Government.

Medical Professional Services JV, LLC is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-Certified economically and socially disadvantaged small business (8(a)), as well as a Veterans Administration (VA) Certified Veteran Entity (CVE) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Joint Venture (JV).

Composed of managing partner, St. Moritz Enterprises, LLC, and STS Federal, LLC, Medical Professional Services JV brings together more than 20 years of experience and a network of healthcare providers, workers, and technicians working at 29 U.S. Navy and Air Force customer sites in in over 17 states. The joint venture’s strongest area of expertise is providing over 400 healthcare professionals in over 30 different modalities. These healthcare professionals provide quality healthcare to over 500,000 active-duty military, reserve, families and retirees.

Medical Professional Services will serve the entire spectrum of the healthcare delivery system, from technicians in every field of medical services to contract management, and customer service support personnel. The company also offers a web-based, industry-specific recruiting and scheduling tool that aids in supplying the finest quality healthcare professionals.
