JANUS Acquires Department of Defense Training Solutions Company

JANUS Research Group, LLC, a portfolio company of CM Equity Partners, has acquired Cape Henry Associates, Inc., a provider of manpower and personnel analyses and training solutions for the Department of Defense and other Federal customers.

The acquisition expands JANUS’ suite of capabilities and solutions through the addition of Cape Henry’s proprietary Data Science and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (“AI/ML”) products, “LightHouse” and “FogLifter”, and their innovative manpower and personnel analysis and training processes and tools. These additions complement JANUS’ growing capabilities in data science and AI/ML solutions and further strengthen JANUS’ ongoing delivery of mission-critical services. Headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Cape Henry brings over 18 years of experience in providing advanced solutions to address increasingly challenging and complex analysis and training related requirements for Government and commercial clients.
