TUI fly Belgium is recruiting for its 2024 Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) cadet pilot program, aiming to transform candidates into 737 first officers within 19 months, according to FTN.

TUI is welcoming those with little aviation experience and applicants must apply by 1 May and be available to start training in September 2024. Unlike TUI Airways' UK program, TUI fly Belgium requires candidates to contribute 54,000 Euros towards training costs, which the carrier states is 30-40% lower than alternatives. Interested individuals need to pass TUI's online assessment, including English, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, and numerical tests.
