Training Solutions celebrates 10 years teaching VIP flight attendants

Swiss VIP flight attendant training company Training Solutions, led by Founder and Course Leader Dietmar Duller, is marking its 10th anniversary.

Founded in 2007 with one business aviation client, Global Jet Concept, Duller says since then over 1200 flight attendants from 70 coutries have participated in the company's courses (170 of which were led by him).

“What sets us apart from our competition is that we focus only on customer service excellence, and we always welcome both experienced private jet flight attendants and commercial cabin crew at the same time,” explains Duller.

“Training courses are based on learning by doing, using real case scenarios and with constant interaction. Many commercial flight attendants have used our training to get an overview of the business aviation industry.

“Today, twenty business aviation companies are clients and more than 30 private jet owners in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa trust us with educating their VIP cabin crew,” Duller continued. “We look forward to continuing our success story by welcoming many more in the future.”

As well as offering monthly courses in Geneva and in-house training for certain clients, Training Solutions also does one-to-one corporate flight attendant training. The courses include business aviation cabin-crew specific training topics covering appearance and grooming, corporate identity, client profiles and exceeding customer expectations.
