FSC is to add a new Airbus A320NEO full flight simulator to its Amsterdam Schiphol training facility which will be ready for training in April 2018.
The CAE 7000XR Series FFS will be equipped with the CAE Tropos 6000XR visual system and feature the Airbus standard Version 2.0 NEO and CEO configurations with all four available engine types.
In addition, the current Airbus A320 simulators at FSC will be updated to Airbus standard Version 2.0 CEO and will also benefit the latest version of the CAE Tropos 6000XR visual system.
These efforts are part of FSC’s strategy to accommodate current and future customers by continuing to extend its offer in simulator training possibilities and full training service solutions.
FSC currently offers complete EASA qualified Airbus A320 Type Rating courses as well as operator recurrent programmes.
Earlier this year, the company also ordered a Boeing 787-9 full flight simulator for use at its Amsterdam facility.
