Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) and Peak Pacific are to jointly design and develop a blended learning solution around Cabin Familiarisation and Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP) training for flight crew and cabin crew. The solution will be introduced alongside MAB’s six-strong Airbus A350 fleet (the first of which was delivered in November 2017) and consist of a combination of eLearning content and mobile apps.
MAB’s Chief Executive Officer, Izham Ismail, explained, “Safety is Malaysia Airlines’ utmost priority and this solution is just one of our efforts to continuously enhance safety. We will be among the first in the region to invest and embark on this implementation from a holistic approach.”
Peak Pacific Founder & Group CEO, Kishor Mistry, said, “Having worked with MAB on other technology projects, we understand their goals, expectations, and challenges. This agreement is another significant milestone for Peak Pacific in 2018, and for MAB to become the leading progressive carrier in Malaysia to take up technology and new learning approaches. We look forward to working with the airline and Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) to implement a world class solution.”
Last August, Peak Pacific partnered with Avion Training to develop and deliver e-Learning modules related to Human Trafficking Awareness Training.
