Jazz Aviation LP (Jazz) has welcomed Caledon, Ontario-based Brampton Flight Centre to its Jazz Aviation Pathways Program (Jazz APP), bringing the number of educational institutions involved to 13.
The Jazz APP was created in 2007 to create a streamlined career path for the pilot profession in Canada by offering qualifying graduates of Brampton Flight Centre’s Integrated ATPL programme with flight simulator evaluations, student scholarships and the opportunity to transition to First Officer positions at Jazz. The Jazz APP awards nearly C$80,000 each year to top students in recognition of safety and professionalism.
“The Brampton Flight Centre is extremely proud to have been selected by Jazz to be a part of their Aviation Pathways Program,” commented Scott Chayko, Chief Flight Instructor, Brampton Flight Centre. “Being selected speaks to the quality of our pilot training and our commitment to providing a superior flying and learning experience to our students.”
Québec-based Collège Air Richelieu also recently joined the Jazz APP.
