Following their agreement announced at VERTICON in Dallas this March, European Heli Center (EHC) and Reiser Simulation and Training GmbH (REISER) held their first project meeting at REISER's headquarters in Berg, Bavaria. This meeting marked the operational start of a project to deliver a Level D full-flight simulator for H135 and H145 helicopters at EHC’s new training center near Amsterdam’s Lelystad Airport.
The simulator will support multi-mission pilot and crew training, covering civilian, commercial, EMS, military, and offshore operations. The teams gathered in the Sternberger See area for discussions on technical milestones, timelines, and collaboration plans necessary to bring the simulator into service.
REISER’s roll-on/roll-off platform allows a single simulator to train on both aircraft models, providing flexibility and efficiency for EHC’s expanding training offerings.
