Aircalin is forming partnerships with French carriers to support its fleet's growth. The airline has agreed to a pilot certification arrangement with French Bee ahead of its first A350-900 arriving in late 2026, and a technical support agreement with Corsair for its A330neo fleet.

Under the French Bee deal, Aircalin pilot instructors will train in Toulouse before completing a certification phase with French Bee as captains-in-training. Corsair will handle maintenance and flight monitoring for Aircalin's A330neo aircraft during Paris stopovers, adding to an existing Rolls-Royce arrangement that helps reduce repair turnaround times.

Aircalin is also exploring a training partnership with Air Corsica, given overlap between their A320 fleets.
