Avenger Flight Group Topco, LLC,  parent company of global aviation simulation and pilot‑training provider Avenger Flight Group, has filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Bloomberg reported that Florida-based Avenger Flight Group "sought court protection on Thursday with a lender-supported plan to sell its business at a potential Chapter 11 auction." 

According to court filings submitted on 11 February 2026, the company reports liabilities between $100 million and $500 million.

Avenger Flight Group operates commercial airline training centres in North America, South America, Mexico and Europe, providing full‑flight simulator services for carriers across multiple markets.
