EmPower Flight is launching its Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) training course, offering four fully funded places for UK-based participants.

The seven-day immersive programme will be delivered at Oxford Ruskin University by instructors with airline and commercial operation experience. Trainees will receive employability support alongside the course content.

Andrew Perkins, CEO of EmPower Flight, said: “We’re removing financial barriers for talented individuals who might otherwise be unable to access aviation careers.”

The course aims to prepare participants for careers as cabin crew while incorporating employability support, practical skills, and awareness of emerging industry technologies. The programme also seeks to widen participation and encourage diversity in the aviation workforce.

Applications are now open to UK residents. More details are available on the EmPower Flight website.
