AVION B.V., PAL-V International B.V., and FLYVE B.V. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during TiEcon Amsterdam 2026 to explore a strategic cooperation focused on flight training devices and infrastructure.
Under the MoU, the parties will jointly develop flight training devices and explore the co-use of AVION’s existing flight training centers, including its facilities in London and Mumbai, for gyrocopter and FlyDrive training programs. The cooperation will also look at opening new satellite training centers.
Prachee van Brandenburg, CEO at AVION: “This Memorandum of Understanding marks an important step in bringing our expertise in advanced flight training devices to a truly global training network. PAL-V and FLYVE share our commitment to safety and innovation and we look forward to exploring how our simulator technology and training center infrastructure can support their ambitions for gyrocopter and FlyDrive training worldwide.”
Arthur van der Wees, CEO at FLYVE: “FLYVE is focused on creating professional and governmental multi- and intermodal mobility, logistics and operations a safe, sustainable and scalable reality together with our strategic partner PAL-V. FlyDrive training devices are a critical part of that. Together with AVION and PAL-V, we can combine our expertise to explore co-creating FlyDrive training ecosystems for professionals, in Europe and around the world.”
