From thought-provoking conference discussions and innovative technology demonstrations to valuable networking and new connections, European Aviation Training Summit (EATS) 2026 brings the aviation training community together for three days of learning, collaboration and shared experiences.
Across the conference, exhibition, workshops and networking events, industry leaders and training professionals exchange ideas, tackle common challenges and explore practical solutions shaping the future of aviation training.
Explore our photo gallery and enjoy some of the moments, conversations and connections that make EATS such a special event.
We started the event off with two pre-conference workshops, the IATA CBTA & EBT Course Approval Preparation and the SCOPE Integrating AI, Navigating Multi-Authority Compliance and Cultivating the Next Generation of Aviation Professionals, as well as the Heads of Training and Cabin Crew Heads of Training meetings.
The opening Ice-breaker reception, held at the beautiful Palacio Hotel, set the stage for fruitful discussions and connections that will shape the future of aviation training. Great conversations don't always happen in conference rooms. Take a look at the moments that brought our community together beyond the programme.
Day One of EATS 2026 brought the aviation training community together for a full programme of industry insights, practical discussions and fresh perspectives on the challenges shaping the future of training.
Opening with perspectives from ANAC, Airbus and EASA on market developments and regulatory priorities, the conference continued across four specialist streams: Pilot, Cabin Crew, Maintenance and ATO.
From competency-based training and instructor development to immersive technologies, AI, workforce challenges and the use of operational data, the sessions explored how the industry can turn emerging ideas into practical improvements in training.
The EATS 2026 exhibition brought together aviation training organisations, technology providers and industry specialists, creating a vibrant space for discovering new solutions, exchanging ideas and building valuable connections.
From advanced simulation and immersive technologies to innovative training tools and digital learning solutions, the exhibition showcased the products, expertise and developments helping to shape the future of aviation training.
Beyond the technology, the exhibition floor was a hub for conversations, demonstrations and networking, connecting industry suppliers with airline training leaders, ATOs and decision-makers from across the global aviation training community.
It's the people who make EATS what it is.
From familiar faces and unexpected reunions to new introductions, lively discussions and plenty of smiles, EATS 2026 was as much about the connections made as the knowledge shared.
We've captured some wonderful moments from across the event — and now it's your turn to take a look!
