Intuos will exhibit at the European Aviation Training Summit (EATS) for the first time, showing how aircraft flight data and engine monitoring work for training fleets.

At EATS, Intuos will showcase The Manager, its integrated flight school management platform, incorporating real-time flight data into digital workflows to automate operations, enhance student pilot debriefing, and optimize aircraft and fleet management. Intuos gives general aviation the kind of real-time data commercial airlines already rely on. According to Intuos research, roughly 70 percent of the global light aircraft fleet, more than 400,000 aircraft, still depends on analogue instruments and manual compliance tracking.

The Intuos platform addresses that gap with three connected products. The IFU (InFlight Monitor Unit) is a telemetry device that captures flight behavior without integrating into the aircraft’s avionics. The AEM (Audio Engine Monitor Unit) provides engine health monitoring with automatic anomaly detection. The Manager is operations software that turns flight and engine data into scheduling, operation, maintenance, and compliance decisions.

The devices can be installed independently of the aircraft type or avionics configuration, as they are self-contained and do not rely on the aircraft’s onboard systems, making them plug-and-play across different aircraft platforms.

Operators use the data to reduce manual logbook work, improve training feedback, catch misuse patterns before they become costly repairs, and manage each aircraft as a business asset.

Intuos will be exhibiting at the European Aviation Training Summit (EATS), 3–5 November at the Estoril Congress Centre in Cascais, Portugal, at Booth 222. Stop by to learn more.
