Florida Flight School Selects New Compact Simulator

Cirrus Aviation, based in Florida, is among the first flight training organizations to select the new ALSIM AL3X simulator. The acquisition marks a milestone for the new simulator and reflects Cirrus Aviation's continued use of ALSIM's training solutions.

The AL3X simulator is developed around the Garmin G3X Touch flight deck and complies with FAA AATD standards. It has been designed for flight schools operating 4th generation training aircraft fleets.

"Featuring genuine Garmin G3X Touch avionics, the AL3X will strengthen our emerging 4th generation aircraft program. We look forward to welcoming the simulator to Cirrus Aviation next year," said Souleymane Sarré, Sales Manager at ALSIM.

The AL3X reflects the performance and handling characteristics found across a range of 4th generation training aircraft, including the Tecnam P-Mentor, Pipistrel Alpha Trainer, Sling, Bristell, Van's RV series, and Evektor Harmony. An optional aircraft parachute system allows pilots to rehearse emergency scenarios that cannot be replicated in the aircraft.
