FTD.aero has completed Factory Acceptance Testing of a Boeing 737 MAX Flight and Navigation Procedures Trainer (FNPT II MCC) destined for International Flight Academy (IFA) in Viseu, Portugal.

The simulator passed all tested areas with no findings or reservations, confirming its readiness for delivery and installation at IFA's training facilities. Once certified as an EASA FNPT II MCC device, it will support Airline Pilot Standard (APS) Multi-Crew Cooperation training.

The device features OEM flight controls with FTD.aero's proprietary Control Loading System, alongside several advanced upgrades and OEM aircraft components designed to replicate a modern twin-jet airliner cockpit environment.

The installation will provide IFA with an airline-oriented multi-crew simulator environment for pilot training programmes.
