VR Pilot

Portuguese flight academy IFA has selected VRpilot’s interactive cockpit training solution for their training offerings on the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 MAX. By implementing virtual reality in their training, IFA will provide its cadets with immersive and cutting-edge training tools for better learning efficiency and knowledge retention.

Thor Paulli Andersen, Partner, VRpilot: “We are proud to partner with IFA, a respected training organisation with a strong reputation. Their decision to integrate VRflow for both A320 and 737 MAX programs highlights how virtual reality has become an essential part of modern aviation training.”

José Madeira, CEO, IFA: “We’re always looking for ways to make training more effective and engaging for our students. Adding VRflow to our A320 and 737 MAX programs allows our students to practise procedures in a realistic and immersive environment, helping them build confidence before ever stepping into the simulator. For us, it’s not just about innovation, it’s about preparing pilots for real challenges with the best tools available.”

The VRflow platform will be deployed across IFA’s training centres in Cascais and Viseu, further strengthening the academy’s state-of-the-art facilities that already include advanced flight simulators and an in-house maintenance organisation.
