Republic Airways has opened a new integrated aviation campus in Carmel, consolidating employees and training operations into a single location. Previously spread across multiple buildings, the airline’s workforce can now collaborate, train, and manage operations from one centralized headquarters.
The 122,000-square-foot facility includes a training center equipped with eight full-flight simulators and eight flat-panel training devices to support pilot development. A new System Operations Control Center enables teams to monitor flight activity and weather impacts in real time. The campus is designed to support Republic’s fleet of more than 240 aircraft operating over 1,000 daily flights on behalf of major U.S. carriers.
