Adacel Technologies Limited will attend the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) Communicating For Safety (CFS) Conference to showcase innovations supporting controller readiness and workforce development. Adacel's participation includes the launch of its new MaxSim 5x5 Phraseology Trainer and sessions on training modernization.

Making its debut at NATCA CFS, MaxSim 5x5 is Adacel's next-generation phraseology training platform designed to modernize foundational ATC communications training. Combining speech recognition, structured multimedia learning and automated performance reporting, the platform helps training organizations standardize and scale phraseology training while preparing trainees for simulation and operational environments.

As part of the conference program, Michael Saunders, Vice President, Strategy, Simulation & Technical Services, will present a breakout session titled "Leveling Up Controller Training," exploring how gamified simulation can reinforce standardized controller behaviors and support performance in tower and TRACON operations.

Mark DePlasco, Director, Business Development, will also join the panel discussion "Modernizing ATC Training from Classroom to Facility," examining evolving training methods, emerging technologies and workforce challenges facing the ATC community, with a focus on the transition from training to operational certification.

"NATCA CFS brings together aviation professionals who share a commitment to safety, professionalism, and the future of air traffic control," said Michael Saunders, Vice President, Strategy, Simulation & Technical Services at Adacel. "Whether through advanced phraseology training, simulation, gamification, or eye-tracking technology, our focus is on helping training organizations develop confident, capable controllers who are prepared to meet the demands of an increasingly complex National Airspace System. We are excited to introduce MaxSim 5x5 and contribute to the important conversations taking place at this year's conference."
