The Federal Aviation Administration is proposing a $104,000 civil penalty against Private Jets, Inc. of Bethany, Oklahoma, for allegedly violating pilot qualification regulations.

The FAA alleges a company employee piloted several flights in April 2025 without completing the required testing to serve as Pilot-in-Command, Second-in-Command, or for the aircraft type operated in the preceding 12 months.

Private Jets has 30 days from receipt of the FAA's enforcement letter to respond.
