Commander Task Force (CTF) 68 achieved Anchor Point Exercise (APEX) certification at the Polish Air Force Main Training Range during BALTOPS 25. The evaluation assessed the Maritime Operations Center’s internal procedures under realistic operational conditions.

The certification confirmed CTF 68’s readiness to operate in a forward location and command subordinate task groups, including TG 68.1, 68.2, and 68.5. Preparation included targeted training and updates to tactical procedures, supported by an Expeditionary Warfare Development Center team.

Participating units conducted a range of engineering and diving operations, constructed infrastructure, and supported logistics and port assessments in coordination with regional partners.

CTF 68 operates under U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa and U.S. 6th Fleet, contributing to naval construction, ordnance disposal, expeditionary logistics, and regional security missions.
