NATO is calling on NSC, the training and simulation consultancy company, to support projects in The Hague and Le Spezia.

The company’s principal operational analyst, Chris Gray, is working with the NATO Communication and Information Agency team to quantify the military assets and efforts required from each member nation. Gray previously spent five months of 2016 in the Netherlands, helping to identify the resources needed by NATO to meet its operational ambitions.

This work is the latest in a 26-year history between NATO agencies, NSC and research establishments in Europe and the United States.

A second NSC team member is supporting NATO’s Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation, developing a strategy for its Multinational Shared Training concept.

NSC more recently partnered with a European Defence Agency study on the modelling and simulation field, and how it can benefit from the rapid rise in statistical information generated by a digital-rich world.

“That organizations of such standing should hand pick members of our team speaks volumes for the quality of our people,” said Jeremy Spurr, chief executive NSC European endeavors. “NATO and the European Defence Agency’s excellence are recognized internationally and we are proud our specialists continue to be at the forefront of their respective fields.”

Gray’s work with NATO is expected to finish by December of this year.
