Moog Inc. is demonstrating upgraded motion systems at I/ITSEC 2025 in Orlando, Florida. The company is showcasing its all-electric E60 Series and electro-pneumatic P60 Series, both certified for Level D flight training and supporting up to 14,000 kilograms of load.

Attendees can experience a Seat Shaker paired with VR goggles simulating an AH-64 Apache flight over London, highlighting rotary-wing vibration effects for training purposes. The E60 and P60 systems provide precise motion fidelity, improved reliability, and reduced energy use while meeting EASA and FAA certification requirements.

Shennon Yaw, Moog’s global simulation product manager, said, “The customers who’ve already taken delivery of the E60 and P60 Series say they’re pleased by the reliability and fidelity, as they have been delivering training in both the U.S. and Europe.”

The systems offer multiple actuator stroke options, compact control cabinets, and cyber-hardened configurations using Red Hat Enterprise Linux to protect data and operations. Moog provides ongoing security updates for these systems.

Visitors at booth #1949 can see how Moog integrates motion, control loading, G-forces, VR, and vibration to support both military and commercial flight training environments.
