MAK Technologies (MAK), a company of ST Engineering North America, has launched MAK ONE 2026, the latest version of its synthetic environment platform. The release expands the range of missions and domains the platform can represent and, according to the company, makes it easier to build and manage complex simulation behaviors.

MAK ONE 2026 broadens the missions that can be represented and trained across land, maritime and air domains, including ISR and unmanned operations. New capabilities cover drone operations, autonomous systems, sensor-driven workflows, logistics modeling, ground combat and littoral environments.

The release also includes improvements to visual fidelity, sensor modeling, audio, radio communications, terrain representation and environmental effects.

A new Behavior Engine Script Editor (BESE) provides a visual environment for building, understanding and managing complex simulation behaviors.

MAK ONE 2026 includes the latest versions of VR-Forces 5.3 (computer generated forces), VR-Engage 3.3 (multi-role virtual simulator), VR-Vantage 3.3 (3D simulation visualization), RFView for MAK ONE 1.2 (SAR simulation), VR-Link 5.11 (HLA-DIS simulation networking) and DI-Guy 13.9 (human character visualization).

“The 2026 release adds depth and breadth to the platform across visuals, content, and functionality, while preserving the openness and interoperability that our customers expect,” said Jim Kogler, VP of Products at MAK. “I’m looking forward to seeing how these capabilities are put to work across training and experimentation programs around the world.”

MAK ONE 2026 will also be on display at I/ITSEC 2026, held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, 30 November – 3 December, Booth 1213. MS&T Magazine will be onsite at Booth #1197.
