Test Pilot Training Firm Expands Partnership

ITPS Canada Ltd. has announced a new partnership agreement with Avioniq AB, advancing a relationship that has developed over the past two years.

Under the partnership, ITPS will offer Avioniq's air combat decision-support solutions to its customers, bringing high-fidelity mission training tools into pilot education and aircrew training environments.

Avioniq's model simulation framework allows users to build, analyse, and replicate the performance of complex missile model systems and sub-systems for use in live aircraft and simulator-based training. The capability supports pilots in understanding in-flight missile performance, enhancing decision-making, survivability, and operational effectiveness in contested environments, including beyond-visual-range operations.

ITPS has been working with Avioniq to integrate their modelling simulation technologies into their fleet of military training aircraft operated by the International Tactical Training Centre (ITTC).

Avioniq's technology gives pilots the ability to train using missile models that reflect their real-life counterparts, supporting more realistic tactical training and improved understanding of air combat decision-making.
