Aviation Group, a group of schools training aeronautical maintenance technicians, participated from October 7 to 9 in the first Congress of the Defense Industry (INDUDEF) in Cordoba, presenting its training program to companies, military and security institutions.
Organized by UGT FICA, the Manuel Fernández Foundation, and the City Council of Córdoba, INDUDEF brought together companies, public institutions, unions, knowledge centers, professionals and students in a space designed to promote debate on the future of the sector, foster collaboration and generate new development opportunities.
The Group’s program for aeronautical maintenance technicians (TMA) is designed to meet the new needs of an industry that demands qualified profiles. The company, which has a close relationship with the Air Force, the Army, the National Police and the Civil Guard, develops specialized training programs in the civilian and defense fields, incorporating practical methodologies, digital tools and different levels of training for both students and professionals of the State security forces.
“At Aviation Group, we believe that training is one of the key factors in ensuring the operational effectiveness of organizations,” said Francisco Castaño, the Group’s CEO. “INDUDEF offers us an opportunity to foster new collaborations on projects related to aeronautical technical training and technological innovation for defense,” he concluded.
Participation in INDUDEF allowed Aviation Group to share its experience in generating technical and operational talent with military and security companies and institutions, an element that occupied a central position within the congress.
