Maverick Simulation Solutions, a medtech company based in New Delhi, has expanded the availability of medical training tools in India by producing more than 40 types of simulators. Initially focused on 3D printing, the company shifted in 2019 to develop medical simulation models, including those for blood draws and stenting. Co-founded by Anuj and Kanika Chahal, the company’s growth accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic, when access to cadavers became limited and simulation-based training gained wider acceptance.

Today, Maverick’s manufacturing is split between India and Europe, and its clients include both government and private institutions. One of its most widely used products is the Anatomage Table, a virtual dissection platform first installed at AIIMS Delhi and now used in surgery planning across multiple facilities. The company employs around 50 people and serves more than 100 B2B customers, signaling the increasing role of simulation in modern medical education.
