New Simulator Transforms Clinical Training at Broward

Broward Health Medical Center has unveiled a new Advanced Training Simulation Lab featuring the Advanced HAL S3201, a high-fidelity simulator designed to mirror real-world medical conditions. The system recreates a range of scenarios, from respiratory distress to cardiac events, allowing healthcare professionals to develop their clinical, procedural, and decision-making skills in a realistic, controlled environment. Equipped with dynamic physiological responses and a built-in drug recognition system, the simulator offers detailed performance tracking and instant feedback for trainees.

The addition of this technology reflects Broward Health’s focus on simulation-based education to improve patient safety and clinical performance. Nurses, emergency responders, and ICU clinicians will use the tool to refine responses to high-stress situations like code blues and advanced airway management.
