Rema Tip Top North America is set to introduce a new virtual reality tire repair training program at the 2025 SEMA Show. The Rema Virtual Reality Training Academy (REMA-VRT) uses Oculus headsets to immerse participants in a 3D environment that replicates real-world repair conditions without the need for physical tools or materials.

Developed over the past year, the program walks users through every step of a tire nail hole repair, evaluating performance and providing feedback through built-in grading tools. Designed for both technical schools and tire dealerships, REMA-VRT aims to help new technicians practice proper repair procedures safely and efficiently.

The company plans to release the system to the market in early 2026.
