Announcing a new marketing venture to help flight schools increase their number of students and revenue, the Flight School Association of North America (FSANA) highlighted its efforts to reverse the downward trend for the number of licensed private pilots in the US at its Fourth Annual International Flight School Operators Conference held February 11-14 in Orlando. While the issue of a commercial pilot shortage was a topic, the event was focused primarily on the ways and means for flight schools to not only merely survive, but prosper as well in the future.
