Adacel has completed installation and site acceptance testing for their MaxSim Tower Simulation System and Intelligent Communications Environment (ICE) training systems at Princess Juliana International Airport in St. Maarten.

The Adacel MaxSim Tower simulator will enable training in all facets of aerodrome control. The ICE stations are independent systems that are primarily used to assist in aviation phraseology proficiency and communications procedures. The Adacel systems will be integrated into the St. Maarten Civil Aviation Authority's ATC training program and will allow the region's air traffic controllers to have access to tools that will promote the development of the essential skills to perform in accordance with the highest international standards. St. Maarten joins Curacao and Trinidad within the Caribbean region using Adacel ATC simulators to enhanced their controller training capabilities.
