Flyco Training Solutions Group to Acquire AviLearn

Flyco Training Solutions has entered into a definitive agreement under which Flyco Group will acquire the US-based aviation e-learning company, AviLearn Aviation Training LLC.

AviLearn currently operates as an aviation training provider continuing its activities in the US market providing computer based aviation training solutions. Over the past year, the company has launched a new version of its mobile application that has led to increased business and financial results. Flyco Group will not be retaining the AviLearn name once the acquisition has been concluded. As a post merger integration process the company will be renamed Flyco Training Solutions, and will continue its operations under the same name in the USA.

"At Flyco we have had the chance to work on some projects with AviLearn in the past and we think that their approach towards aviation training is very professional. We believe that their business plan and approach are quite similar in many ways to ours," commented Mr. Erdin, present chief executive of Flyco Training Solutions Group. "Therefore, after a thorough due diligence and valuation we have decided to take the necessary steps in initiating the acquisition discussions between us and move forward. We believe that AviLearn will give us the opportunity to expand our presence in the US market and spread our training products and services not only to the US aviation markets, but also to many other countries in North and South America."
