Edelweiss Air Signs Agreement for Implementation of MINT TRMS

MINT Software Systems has announced a service agreement with the Swiss-based Edelweiss Air AG for the delivery of the MINT Training and Resource Management System (MINT TRMS) to support its in-house training services.

The agreement signed between the Swiss based airline and the German software provider includes the delivery of MINT TRMS that allows the "anytime, anywhere" access to training schedules, forms for electronic grading and system administration. It simplifies and optimizes the management of instructor allocation (roster synchronization), classroom distribution, student allocation, course scheduling and the planning and optimization of flight simulator schedules.

"We were loking for a powerful and at the same time flexible training and qualifications management solution and with MINT TRMS we have found it," said Christoph Zogg, chief operating officer at Edelweis Air. "With MINT TRMS we will be able to increase the effectiveness of the entire training organization while supporting the continuous growth of our airline."

The agreement with Edelweiss Air includes the delivery of the complete MINT TRMS solution for training scheduling, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and analysis capabilities, as well as the integration to the Crew Rostering platform used by Edelweiss.
