ECA Group launched its B737 Touch Screen Cockpit Procedure Trainer today at the 2017 World Aviation Training Conference and Tradeshow (WATS) in Orlando, Florida. The company says this improved version of its flat panel trainer was designed to increase immersion and will increase the scope of training tasks available on standard procedure trainers.
The B737 Touch Screen Trainer’s flight-training capabilities are integrated with ECA Group’s optimized control loading system for better familiarization of manual flight skills. It meets FAA requirements for an FTD Level 4 and can reach FTD Level 5 requirements with available options.
ECA will have the trainer on display in booth 630 at WATS.
