Flight Simulation Technique Centre Pvt Ltd. (FSTC) has purchased a full flight simulator (FFS) for the Bombardier Q400 aircraft from FlightSafety International.

The new FlightSafety FS1000 simulator is scheduled to be installed at the FSTC training center in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, in July 2018. It incorporates a 60-inch electric motion base, a new multi-function Instructor Operating Station and VITAL 1100 visual system.

The FFS is the second simulator FSTC has ordered from FlightSafety International. It currently owns a Boeing C-17, which is being used by the Indian Air Force.

“We look forward to adding more FlightSafety simulators in the future as demand grows for training in India,” commented Sanjay Mandavia, Managing Director of FSTC.
