Air Canada selects MINT TRMS for AQP pilot training management

Air Canada is to deploy the MINT Training and Resource Management System (MINT TRMS) from MINT Software Systems for AQP data and pilot training management.

The agreement includes delivery of the complete MINT TRMS solution for pilot AQP training, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and scheduling, and integration with other crew management systems used by Air Canada.

Frank Vieira Hugger, Director of Sales and Marketing at MINT Software Systems, states, “MINT TRMS will also replace legacy planning systems, which were in many ways not capable of fulfilling Air Canada’s increasingly complex training requirements.”   The solution is used by over 60 customers worldwide and allows ‘anytime, anywhere’ access to training schedules, forms for electronic grading and system administration. It simplifies and optimises the management of instructor allocation (roster synchronisation), classroom distribution, student allocation, course scheduling and the planning and optimisation of simulator schedules.
