Change is on the horizon with the recent EASA proposals to adopt the full evidence based training concept - as developed for ICAO in 2013.
As part of the 17th European Airline Training Symposium (EATS), which is taking place in Madrid, Spain, from 6-7 November, a pre-event interactive EBT workshop will take place on Monday 5th November. Captain Mike Varney, founder of EBT Solutions, along with strategic partners TRU Simulation + Training and Peak Pacific will explore how 'real' EBT concepts are being implemented to shape the future of the flight simulation and training industry. The workshop will dive into the huge potential behind this paradigm shift to better understand simulation, lesson plans, data analysis and the tools that will support it.
