MINT Software Systems, a manufacturer of training management solutions for the aviation industry, announced the signature of a service agreement with Jet2.com for the implementation of the web-based training management system MINT TRMS.

MINT TRMS allows training planners, instructors and crews with “anytime, anywhere” online access to their training schedules, electronic grading forms, reports, learning materials and other training related data. It simplifies and optimizes the management of instructor allocation (roster synchronization), classroom distribution, student allocation, course scheduling and the planning and optimization of flight simulator schedules.

“We were looking to upgrade our training operations with a modern, web-based, and highly configurable training planning and qualifications management platform and with MINT TRMS we have found the perfect fit,” says Phil Ward, Managing Director at Jet2.com. “MINT will replace some of our legacy processes and will help to significantly increase the effectiveness and readiness of our entire training organization,” he adds.

MINT TRMS allows customers to optimize their training workflows and speed up the planning process with its scheduling capabilities. This unique platform helps airlines and training centers all over the globe to significantly enhance their efficiency and the day-to-day life of instructors and crews in training. The agreement with Jet2.com includes the MINT hosted (SaaS) MINT TRMS Premium Edition for training schedules, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and analysis capabilities, as well as the integration to various IT systems including the crew rostering system used by Jet2.com.
